The Lord is faithful when He said, “Far be it from Me; for those who honor Me I will honor…” (1 Samuel)

An “ambitious dream” that turned into an “overwhelming reality” happened as God honored the hearts of our brethren in Mindanao. Another breakthrough, another favor, another privilege to enlarge our territory for the glory of the Lord. On August 2, 2015, a COG church, envisioning for a 21st century church that will reach professionals and youth, had their grand opening in Park Inn by Radisson Hotel, Davao City. The very first of its kind in the city.

Boldly embraced the idea of starting a church, Ptr. Vandolf Zarasate, assistant pastor and a graduate of LIFE Ambassador batch 2, is now taking his first steps together with his team, in conquering Mindanao. On their very first Sunday worship service, he preached about God’s outpour of blessings and favor to a congregation of 81. This bold step of faith that took place in Mindanao should not be the last. The Philippines needs more people that will bravely respond to the challenge while continuously encouraging one another.
