Youth Empowered Philippines started from the passion of a father, Ptr. Anthony Velasco, whose heart is for the latter generation to carry on the legacy of the former. The movement has awakened the boldness of the youth to catch the vision and lead the way.

The hope of this nation is in the hands of the youth of today. However, what is wrong seems right in the standards of the society. The truth remains compromised, leading to the corruption of the minds of the young ones, while there is a call to arise in Deuteronomy 11:13-14 (NKJV), “Love the LORD your GOD and serve Him with all your heart and with all your soul, then I will give you the rain for your land in its season” Now is the time to make a stand for God, for Him to pour out His favor and anointing upon this land.

The vision of Youth Empowered Philippines is to EMPOWER today’s generation to make a stand by ENGAGING the youth in worship, and to enable them to have an EXPERIENCE of the King of Glory. The extraordinary experience of God’s glory makes the youth empowered, and upon it, they will never be the same again because of the grace God has given them.

Youth Empowered Philippines does not go forward by might nor by power, but by the Spirit of the LORD. It is only the beginning, and even though the finish line is still unclear at the moment, there is no need to fear for God is with us on this. Arise or be left behind. Total obedience unto the King of Glory is required. Follow JESUS all the way!
