Celebration of church anniversaries is one great way of commemorating the Lord’s goodness to his people. And for a church to celebrate another year it is no little matter because it is one way of witnessing God’s faithfulness and favor over his people. This September 30, 2012, Pastor Anthony Velasco joined the COG-Harvest time in celebrating and in giving thanks to Lord for the tremendous works he has done to them, the blessings he poured out to the church and the people. Together with their senior pastor, Pastor Sam Mentes they retrospect all the wondrous things God has done to the church. How God gathered the sheep of his pasture and nurtured them under one flock of the Good Shepherd.
It has been a blessed day, a day filled with praise and worship, and gratitude to the wonderful thing God has done and will be doing in the next years. Surely the Lord will continue his work and people will continue to know Jesus Christ through this church. Soli Deo gloria!
